- Potatoes - 3 medium sized, sliced finely
- Green Chilies - 2, finely chopped
- Flour / Atta - 2 tbsp.
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard oil - to fry
- Finely slice the potatoes and keep the same in a bowl. Add finely chopped green chilies to the potatoes.
