Lassi!! One word says and sums it all. We love fresh lassi on a scorching summer day! Its so refreshing and keeps the body cool. 

These are easy to whip and can be made and had at any given time of the day!

Preparation: 2 minutes

  • Fresh Curd - 1 cup
  • Chilled water - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp.
  • Ice cubes
  • In a juice maker, add fresh curd, chilled water and sugar.
  • Mix well till a rich froth is formed.
  • Serve chilled with ice cubes.
